The suite is on the ground floor with direct access from the adjacent surface parking lot. Please arrange a driver or rideshare home after sessions; you may not drive yourself.

- Ketamine for Postpartum Depression — Rapid-acting relief for treatment-resistant PPD, with breastfeeding guidance included.
- Spravato (Esketamine) — FDA-approved nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression in adults, given in our REMS-certified setting. Most plans require prior authorization; coverage varies. See the Spravato Knowledge Center.
- Couples Ketamine Therapy — IM ketamine for both partners simultaneously. $450 per person.
- Group Ketamine Therapy — Small-group IV sessions (3–4 participants) for maintenance or first-time patients.

He conducts your intake, sets your treatment plan, and personally monitors your first infusion. Subsequent infusions are monitored by nurses trained in critical care and emergency medicine, with Dr. Zabel available for consultation and directly involved whenever clinical circumstances call for it. Ketamine affects heart rate, blood pressure, and airway reflexes — it requires clinical judgment, not just protocol adherence, and the people at the bedside are trained for exactly that. Innerbloom is also veteran-owned — a distinction that matters to many patients, particularly veterans and first responders.

Every patient relationship begins with a free physician intake — a genuine clinical consultation, not a screening form. Dr. Zabel reviews your history, listens to your goals, and gives you his honest assessment of whether ketamine is appropriate. If you're a candidate, you'll receive a specific treatment recommendation, typically an induction series of six IV infusions over 2–3 weeks. Yes, surface parking is adjacent to the building. Rideshare also works well. Note: patients cannot drive themselves home after ketamine sessions.
What conditions do you treat?↓
Depression (including TRD), PTSD, anxiety disorders, and postpartum depression. We also offer couples and group sessions and Spravato for TRD. All treatment begins with a physician intake to determine clinical appropriateness.
How quickly can I get an appointment?↓
We aim to schedule initial intakes within a week, often sooner. Veterans and first responders receive priority scheduling. There is no long waitlist at Innerbloom.
Is ketamine therapy safe?↓
Ketamine has been used safely in clinical settings for over 50 years. At sub-anesthetic doses, it is well-tolerated for appropriately selected patients.
