Our Location in Old Town Scottsdale
Innerbloom Medical is located at 4388 N. Civic Center Plaza, Suite 101, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 — in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, steps from Civic Center Park and easily accessible from Scottsdale Road. The neighborhood is walkable, quiet, and well-suited to the intentional, unhurried nature of ketamine therapy.
Parking is available in the surface lot adjacent to the building. The suite is on the ground floor, with direct access from the parking area. We ask that patients not drive themselves home after ketamine sessions — please arrange for a driver or rideshare in advance.
Services We Offer
- IV Ketamine for Depression — Induction series of 4–6 infusions for treatment-resistant depression. The most evidence-supported ketamine intervention in psychiatry.

- Ketamine for Anxiety — For generalized and social anxiety that has not responded to standard treatments. Physician evaluation determines candidacy.
- Ketamine for Chronic Pain — NMDA receptor-targeted treatment for fibromyalgia, CRPS, neuropathy, chronic migraine, and other central sensitization conditions.
- Spravato (Esketamine) — FDA-approved esketamine nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression. REMS-certified.

- Group Ketamine Therapy — Small-group IV ketamine sessions (3–4 participants) for patients who have completed an induction series or who prefer a community context.
Why Physician-Led Matters in Scottsdale
The ketamine clinic landscape has expanded rapidly in Arizona and across the country. With that expansion has come a wide variation in clinical standards. Some clinics are staffed primarily by nurse practitioners or registered nurses, with physician oversight that may be remote or minimal. Innerbloom is built differently.
At Innerbloom, every infusion is physician-supervised from start to finish. Dr. Andrew Zabel is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with years of experience managing IV medications, hemodynamic monitoring, and acute patient care. He is present, not on call. He supervises your session personally.
Ketamine is a controlled substance with real physiological effects — on heart rate, blood pressure, airway protective reflexes, and consciousness. It requires clinical judgment, not just protocol adherence. Emergency Medicine training provides exactly the background needed to manage these variables safely. Innerbloom is also veteran-owned and operated — a distinction that matters to many patients, particularly veterans and first responders who are more comfortable with a provider who has served.
What to Expect as a New Patient
Every patient relationship at Innerbloom begins with a free physician intake — a genuine clinical consultation, not a screening form or sales call. Dr. Zabel reviews your history, asks questions, listens to your goals, and gives you his honest assessment of whether ketamine therapy is appropriate. If it is not, he will tell you honestly.
If you are a candidate, you will receive a specific recommendation for a treatment protocol — typically an induction series of four to six IV ketamine infusions over two to three weeks. Scheduling is coordinated to fit your life. Following the induction series, integration support and ongoing maintenance sessions are available. See our pricing page for complete details.
